Vibration strips

Vibration strips for vibrating presses and a wide range of brands, including custom production.

The strips are through-hardened to 54–60 HRC, or 64 HRC. The production technology allows renovation by grinding; they resist wear and vibration on all surfaces over the long term and have a long service life even in demanding operations.

Versions for countersunk screws, hexagon socket countersunk screws and threaded versions. Chamfered front and side lead-in edges.

Achieved accuracy: parallelism 0.02/500 mm · flatness 0.05/500 mm · roughness Ra 0.4 · maximum length 3000 mm.
